Enter the booking reference from your WhatsApp confirmation and the email you used at checkout to see your booking or cancel it.
Cancel free of charge until 72 hours before your pickup time. The refund is returned automatically to the card you paid with and usually appears within 5 to 10 working days.
To change the date, time or pickup location, cancel free of charge and book again. Inside 72 hours of pickup, message us on WhatsApp or write to support@seemadinah.com.
