Change Or Cancel A Booking
Enter the booking reference from your WhatsApp confirmation and the email you used at checkout. You can move the pickup to another date, time or hotel, or cancel it.
More than 48 hours before pickup: change the date, the time or your hotel, or cancel and have the full amount refunded to your card automatically. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.
Between 48 and 24 hours before: the vehicle and driver are committed, so a cancellation is no longer free — but you can still move the booking to another date or time at no charge.
Inside 24 hours: message us on WhatsApp or write to support@seemadinah.com and we will do what we can.
