Arrive With The Prophet ﷺ At Quba
The south of Madinah in the order the day happened: the palm grove where the Prophet ﷺ rested on the morning he arrived, the first mosque he then built at Quba, the road he rode into the city, the place of the first Friday prayer, and his well at Bir Ghars. Quiet places most tour cars drive past, best on a Saturday morning.
From 320 per vehicle

Madinah sits in a basin between old lava fields. The volcanic soil and underground water are why palms thrive here in the desert.
Maghrib At The Foot Of Uhud
An afternoon journey to Uthman's well and a quiet mosque in the north, ending on the Uhud battlefield as the sun goes down, with Maghrib in congregation at Sayyid al-Shuhada beside the martyrs.
From 320 per vehicle

Terraces like this are part of a new development high on Uhud, with cafés, walking trails and a view across the whole city. Come at sunset.
Walk In The Footsteps Of The Seerah
Quba, Qiblatain, Uhud and the Trench, in the order they happened: the classic ziyarah told as one story, from the Hijrah to the Battle of the Trench. A morning journey of about four hours, with time to pray at every mosque and no stop cut short.
From 360 per vehicle

The first mosque built in Islam, founded by the Prophet (peace be upon him) as he arrived from Makkah, even before al-Masjid an-Nabawi.

Parts of this roof move. 27 domes roll back on rails in silence, opening the prayer hall to the sky.
Your driver
Your Group Only, Your Driver Named In Advance
Every journey is carried out by a licensed local partner. The vehicle carries your group only, never a shared seat, and your driver's name, phone number and number plate reach you on WhatsApp before pickup.

The Prophet's Mosque is often said to be the first place in Arabia lit by electricity, switched on under the Ottomans in 1909.

Meet your driver
Your driver's name, phone and number plate arrive on WhatsApp before pickup. They meet you in the lobby. If anything changes, we message you first.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
By email and on the WhatsApp number you enter at checkout, within minutes of paying. Your driver's name, phone number and number plate follow on WhatsApp before your pickup.
What if the driver is late or does not come?
Message us on WhatsApp and we contact the partner straight away. If your driver is more than 60 minutes late, we treat it as a no-show and refund the booking in full. Where we can, we send another car as well.
What if I am late or miss my pickup?
Message your driver on the number you receive before pickup, or us on WhatsApp, and we pass it on: a few minutes are rarely a problem. Your driver waits 60 minutes at the pickup, and after that the booking counts as a missed pickup and is not refunded. On an airport or station transfer the waiting times we publish are that grace period: 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival at the airport, 30 minutes at the station.
Is the price really final?
Yes. The price you see is per vehicle for your whole group and includes the driver, fuel, waiting time at every stop, and all taxes. There is no surcharge for Ramadan or peak dates once you have booked, and nothing to pay the driver. Tipping is entirely optional.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your pickup time from the Manage booking page, and the refund is returned automatically to the card you paid with. Inside 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will do what we can.
Is the driver a tour guide?
No. Your driver takes you to each stop and waits for you, but does not guide, and we never sell a chauffeur as a guide. Every stop on our journeys has short English notes on this site, so you know what each place is and what people do there.
Is this suitable for women travelling alone or in a women-only group?
Yes. Every booking is a private vehicle for your group only, never shared. You know your driver's name, phone number and number plate before you leave the hotel, and our WhatsApp support stays with you throughout the journey.
We are travelling with elderly parents. What should we choose?
A Family MPV or Executive SUV is easier to step into than a sedan, and a folding wheelchair fits in every vehicle class. The driver collects you from the hotel lobby and waits at each stop, so parents can rest in the air-conditioned car whenever they need to. If you need any assistance, message us on WhatsApp.
Can you provide a child seat?
Message us on WhatsApp before or after you book and we confirm availability with the partner. Children count as passengers for the vehicle capacity.
What is the best time to start?
Each journey page gives its best start time. Morning journeys start soon after sunrise and are back before Dhuhr; from May to September, start by 06:30, before the heat. Uhud at Sunset starts after Asr and prays Maghrib at Uhud. Roads around the Haram are congested for 30 to 45 minutes before and after each prayer, so avoid a pickup then. On Fridays, book the afternoon: roads around the Haram close from mid-morning for Jumu'ah.
Can we pray at the stops?
Yes. Most stops on our journeys are mosques, time for two rak'ahs at each is built into the journey, and your driver waits while you pray. No stop is skipped to make up time.
What time zone are pickup times in?
All pickup dates and times are Madinah local time (UTC+3), whatever currency you pay in.
How far in advance do I need to book?
From 14 days ahead until 3 hours before pickup. Those hours count between 07:00 and 23:00 Madinah time, so a booking made late in the evening is for the next morning at the earliest, and the form only offers times we can arrange. For Ramadan, the last ten nights and the Hajj season, book as soon as your date is within 14 days: prices stay the same but vehicles fill up.
What if you cannot arrange my journey?
It is rare, but vehicles are limited in the busiest weeks. If we are unable to fulfil a booking, we tell you on WhatsApp and by email as soon as we know, at the latest 24 hours before pickup (for a booking made at shorter notice, within two working hours of booking). The booking is cancelled and refunded in full to your card automatically, and we help you find another time if you would like one.
Do you collect from the airport or the train station?
Yes. Book the Airport and station transfer with your flight or train number: your driver meets you at arrivals at Madinah airport or at the Haramain station and takes you to your hotel, and the same in reverse on the day you leave. It is one fixed price per vehicle, paid online. The driver waits up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival at the airport and 30 minutes at the station; if you are delayed longer, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I book more than one journey, or a journey and a transfer, together?
Yes. On any booking form choose "Add this and choose another service" and pick the next one; each has its own date, time and vehicle. You pay once at checkout, and every journey or transfer gets its own booking reference, so each can be changed or cancelled by itself.
Which vehicle should I choose?
The Standard Sedan seats up to 3 passengers, the Executive SUV and Family MPV up to 6, and the Group Minivan up to 11. Choose a larger vehicle if you have luggage or wheelchairs. You receive the class you booked, or better, and every car is air-conditioned.
Is the price per person?
No. Prices are per vehicle for your whole group, including the driver and fuel.
Are the vehicles and drivers licensed?
Yes. Every journey is carried out by a licensed local transport partner with insured vehicles and professional chauffeurs.
Is it Madinah or Medina?
The same city. Madinah is the spelling closest to the Arabic, al-Madinah al-Munawwarah; Medina is the older English one, and you will see both on signs, tickets and maps. Every journey on this site starts from your hotel or address in the city.
